Fundraising, financial planning, evaluation
Successfully fundraised in the millions from a variety of commercial and public sources including The Arts Council, Arts & Business, PRS, Musicians Union, Radio One and the BBC, Channel 4, Screen South, and local government and sponsorship from Conran & Partners, Deutsche Bank, Newsquest, BSkyB and numerous companies and academic institutions in London and Brighton. Large and small scale budgeting and financial forecasting; bringing projects in on budget. Quantitative and qualitative evaluation of projects for stakeholders and funders using innovative interactions, documentation and delivery.

Audience development
Created arts audiences from scratch for City Running, City Genome and Embassy Court and developed audiences via programming and curating for arts organisations, artists shows and tours (OHOS, Brighton Art Fair, Open Houses, Cockpit Arts). Have achieved event-on-event increases in attender numbers and developed attender profile; have increased membership levels and interactions key attender groups; have created a solid support base of key influencers and thought-leaders; and foster advantageous partnerships to further develop and educate audience.

Media office
Act as the media office for all clients; devise and execute innovative cross-media campaigns on a local to international level; developed relationships with key arts, business and niche media over many years and achieve regular and high-profile coverage. Act as a spokesperson to the press when required and media train others.
