Achieved event-on-event increase in attenders to bi-annual Open Studios and instigated a series of niche audience cultivation events and high profile installations at the Great Eastern Hotel, Canary Wharf and Pearlfisher. Was credited by the Board as having turned the organisation around, eliminating a ‘them and us’ culture between management and licensees and brought the organisation through a challenging yet exciting period of growth and development, raising its profile within the London and wider arts scene, increasing revenue and developing member groups. Brought in funding and sponsorship to the organisation, the first time in its history.

Reported directly to the CEO, sat at senior management level with direct input into the future strategy of the organisation and business planning. Responsibilities included overall management of press and marketing; of external and internal communications strategy; of design and print from all departments; marketing and business development support to the micro creative businesses; management and cultivation of high net worth Friends and Alumni member groups; and financial control and management of department budget.
